A. HAER Official Transcripts Procedures
For purposes of this policy, an official transcript is defined as a transcript or other academic record that includes notation that it is official. The transcripts giving to student must possess all of the following:
1. HAER official seal.
2. Signature of the academic advisor or teacher
3. Signed and sealed by HAER President or Assistance
3. Date of issue
B. HAER System of Study
1. HAER follows the system of credit hours, which relates to the number of hours in each subject and the duration of graduation for any program chosen by the student
2. Each subject / course between 3 to 6 credit hours
C. Academic Terms system
1. Three Terms; while each term around 14 to 16 weeks.
2. Two theoretical semesters and One Practical semester
3. Two of the terms will include theoretical courses.
4. The third term will contain practical applications through field visits in the country of the student or in the country agreed upon by the student’s academic advisor, provided that a practical report is prepared and the student receives a certified degree from the academic supervisor.
5. In special cases, the student is required to supervise for seven days Before the final report is approved by the academic supervisor ( a special visit to the country of the student.
D. Duration of the Semester
1. A trimester system divides the academic year into three terms of 14 to 16 weeks each.
2. Two academy’s Terms will cover the related program courses; while the third term will be training term for all students.

Normally, the Academy year begins in September and ends in June
F. Students transferred from outside HAER
1- Procedures for Transcripts Approval
The official transcripts are required to be sent to the instructor’s department chair, program coordinator, or the Office of Academic Affairs (as appropriate).
Official transcripts that are issued to the former student (i.e., the instructor of record) are acceptable as long as they meet the FOLOWING BASIC HAER criteria.
A. The issuing institution’s official seal.
B. Signed and sealed by administration authorization signature
C. Sealed by embassy and ministry of foreign affair in the origin country of issued.
D. Date of issue.
2- Foreign Transcripts
All transcripts submitted from foreign universities or schools, must be evaluated by HAER Board.
3- Transfer Credits
A. The courses of any program to be submitted shall be equalized according to the HAER’s credit hours of each course in the selected program after the student’s certificate score has been handed over to the certificate equivalency team.
B. Developmental (remedial) courses, orientation, or religion courses in a specific religion are not acceptable. Exploratory/overview/survey courses that discuss more than one religion are acceptable.
4- Student Notification
The student shall be informed of the results of the equations within a period not less than ten working days in the Academy.
5- Evaluation Fee Report
A. The student pays the fees equivalent to the materials and is counted among the program fees later.
B. No fees return back if failed evaluation and the student decided no to continue studying at HAER
